Waterfront New Build
Built from the ground up in an incredible feat of design and energy efficient engineering comes a net zero project that achieves carbon reduction at every opportunity. The shell achieved an ACH50 result of 1.4 allowing for complete internal climate control. The interior stairs float 3 stories from a 25ft architectural concrete wall while a 67ft infinity edge lap pool draped in palm trees completes this stunning courtyard oasis.
Townhome Renovation
With a limited space floorplan, our design team was able to maximize the efficiency of every area of this home. Utilizing our endless custom options in kitchen design and customization of millwork, we were able to transform every last inch into a functioning accessible area. We wrapped it up with marble, acid etched starphire glass and solid oak custom built furniture for a stunning finish!
Condo Renovation
Completion of a total teardown renovation that came in on time and under budget. We were able to increase the useable area of the kitchen while doubling the storage ability. By redesigning the floorplan, lighting plan and the incorporation of an architectural reflection wall we were able to get natural light to all areas of the apartment, increasing both the aesthetic appeal and affluence of the interior environment.
Classic Kitchen
Handcrafted solid wood cabinets embrace the timeless British heritage of this elegant kitchen. Increasing the countertop area while incorporating a large seating bar island transformed this into a fully functioning social and entertainment space. With the highest selection of interior hardware options and fully integrated lighting, functionality and form are at the forefront of this kitchen.
